Understanding RegulaLink

RegulaLink helps your organization register actors, authorize their activities, enforce the rules, and steer compliance — across several spaces (admin console, operator workspace, public portal, field collection).

Without a single system, compliance scatters: paper files or spreadsheets, a registry that is hard to verify, instruction delays that are hard to track, complaints and reports spread everywhere. RegulaLink brings these journeys into one shared system for your teams and the people you supervise.

StepWhat you do
CollectIdentify actors, verify documents, keep a live registry
AuthorizeInstruct licences or clearances, track deadlines and obligations
RegulateRecord findings, apply sanctions, receive required reports
SteerFollow activity with dashboards and analysis

You turn these steps on according to your organization’s needs (not everything is required on day one).

  • You regulate external actors — for example an authority that registers and oversees operators.
  • You self-regulate — for example an enterprise or institution that follows its members, agents or partners and must prove compliance (internal, national, regional, international rules).

The engine stays the same; labels and initial setup adapt to your posture. For GRC / enterprises detail: GRC and internal compliance.

As an administrator or agent, you typically:

  1. Create a registration form for a type of actor
  2. Receive and instruct an identity file
  3. Publish or update the verifiable registry
  4. Handle a complaint or report
  5. (Depending on your scope) follow a licence, a finding, a regulatory report — or a risk / audit in GRC
  1. Modules and interfaces — where to work by role
  2. GRC and internal compliance — comply (B2B / self-regulator)
  3. Start an organization — create your workspace
  4. Collect — first operational step
  5. First-run wizard — settings after first sign-in
  6. Commercial offer — if you choose or compare a plan
