Intelligence pillar

Intelligence is the steering pillar: see volumes and bottlenecks, build indicators, prepare data, publish what should be public, and — when enabled — lean on the Réglia copilot.

Plan: analytics baseline from Essential; volumes and AI ambitions mainly Intelligence+ (INTELLIGENCE) and Enterprise. At technical bootstrap, Intelligence+ has the same module list as Professional: the difference is mostly scale and progressive advanced capability rollout.

  • Cockpit /analytics
  • Indicator studio
  • Preparation pipelines
  • Réglia access (if enabled)
  • Natural link to Collect submissions and Regulation reports

Published indicators / analyses only if you expose them (transparency, accountability).

Usually little “studio”: more obligations / reports; some indicators may help per config.

  1. Operations produce data (Collect, licences, PVs, reports, GRC).
  2. In Analytics you prepare (pipelines) and compose indicators.
  3. The cockpit serves day-to-day work (queues, delays, volumes).
  4. Optional: publish a subset on the portal.
  5. Optional: ask Réglia to speed an analysis or business action (if the tenant is wired).
PillarWhat Intelligence draws from it
CollectPark, files, instruction delays
AuthorizationsLicence stocks, SLA, overdue obligations
RegulationFindings, sanctions, report submissions
GRCRisks, audits, assessments (Enterprise / self-regulator)

Without clean operational data, Intelligence stays an empty cockpit: the pillar amplifies what you collect and instruct.

Same tools. The reading changes:

  • Regulator: sector steering, optional public transparency.
  • Self-regulator: internal network steering, board / donor reporting.
  • Do not confuse Intelligence+ with “all GRC modules”: catalogue GRC remains Enterprise (or auto-add in self-regulator mode).
  • Réglia is not an oracle without configuration.
  • Some marketing ambitions (executive cockpits) are still in progressive rollout.
  • Indicator quality = form and instruction quality upstream.
